DESCRIPTION

After extensive research and development with the JZ Platform in Drifting & Drag Racing, we have come to the conclusion a Dry Sump System is a must have component to ensure no oil starvation during high-speed corners and fast launches in drag applications.

We’ve developed a precision-engineered oil pump delete, meticulously machined on our 5-axis CNC using industry-leading manufacturing processes.

This cover eliminates the need for internal oil pump gears, reducing parasitic drag and improving overall engine efficiency, we performed a full 3D scan of the engine to guarantee a precise and perfect fit.

The dry sump setup has many advantages, this includes:

Increased engine reliability due to consistent oil pressure
Increased oil capacity if a larger reservoir is installed.
Low oil pressure occurs less often.
Less likelihood of engine oil starvation under high g-force cornering
Increased horsepower due to reduced friction within the oil pan
Better control of oil temperature
Increased vehicle stability and handling due to a lower center of gravity.

We’re currently in the process of developing a bracket that allows seamless installation of the Petersen Dry Sump Oil Pump to the side of your JZ engine, making the dry sump conversion straightforward and hassle-free.

RETURNS POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note, a restocking fee of 15% will apply to any returned goods. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
