These Billet Reinforced Transmission Center Plates are essential for any transmission build, regardless of the application or gears used.
Crafted from premium 6061 material sourced locally from our Australian steel supplier, our reinforced transmission plates are meticulously machined in-house in Melbourne. This ensures strict tolerances, which are crucial for building a transmission capable of withstanding maximum horsepower and torque.
The factory die-cast centerplate often deflects under stress due to its mass-produced, cost-effective design. When power is applied, the two shafts running through your transmission plate can bend under extreme conditions, causing the centerplate to flex and the transmission gears to bind, break, or crack.
Our 6061 billet transmission plates are superior to any other plate on the market today. They accommodate the factory oil flap/trap system to ensure maximum oil retention in the front section of the gearbox during hard launches. They eliminate shaft flex and deflection, and we have improved the breather channel to allow the transmission to breathe more efficiently, preventing pressure buildup in the lubrication system.
Anodizing is done with a thickness of 25 microns for ultimate wear resistance and protection, the highest thickness possible with anodizing.

We’ve enhanced our already outstanding center plates for the RB25, RB26, RB30, and VG30 transmissions, reducing their weight by a few hundred grams. The benefit of an external oil pump and cooler is significant for circuit or drifting applications, as it allows for optimal cooling control within the transmission.
