We completed scanning and modeling a full 2JZ-GTE engine with 99% accuracy, not just as a surface mesh but as a fully detailed CAD model of the entire engine block and components. This level of precision allows us to design and manufacture bolt-on accessories with absolute confidence in fitment and performance.
One of our main goals with this scan is to develop our 2JZ dry-sump kit, which is now in the first stage of prototyping and concept development. This kit will include
our oil pump, dry-sump bracket, and oil pan, all designed to provide maximum oil control and reliability for high-performance applications.
We are particularly excited about offering two key configurations ;
1. Integrated oil pump within the oil pan, streamlining the setup.
2. Compatibility with an external oil pump, utilizing the design of our existing oil pan.
This marks a huge step forward in our expanding lineup of 2JZ performance components, and we can’t wait to bring this to market!
